I want to apologize for the incredibly un organized newsletter emails lately. My developer was not in touch for over two weeks. I had him post for me previously. So now I am trying to get this done on my own. I have some important updates for you to follow so please be patient and take the time to take note of these changes.
1. We have had some changes to the workshop schedule and the speakers schedule. These are minor changes beyond our control so please click the blue button below and go over the conference information page. Especially the speakers schedule and work shop schedule on your computer. Go over everything on the summer conference information page thoroughly so you are prepared when you get to Shasta.
2. Catered Meals have been cancelled. Even the Speakers Dinner and lunch on Thursday due to lack of sales. So If you purchased meals you will be refunded onsite after check in. We are working on alternatives for meals. Be prepared to bring a cooler and to bring your own snacks, sandwiches etc. Campers you can prepare in the kitchen onsite your own food so bring your ice chests. You will not have a refridgerator. 3. Food and Water – We will still have water, coffe tea, honey, sugar, milk and non dairty creamers. However please bring your own water as we cannot hydrate 180 people as the water source is limited. Remember we are off grid we have campers on site who need water for toilets, showers. Be aware we will be selling cold drinks with ice. We will also have snacks fruit and probaly sandwiches for sale along with some other goodies.

4. Finally it is very important that you know cell service is very limited. For Purchases at the venue onsite, please bring cash or your check books. I will have forms to fill out for me to take CC by hand so bring your ID. You can also pay me by zelle-venmo & pay pal. We are off grid
