Alternative meal Plans
Dear Attendees, I have been preparing alternative plans to take orders on Thursday to take cash for lunch on Friday for sandwiches from a local shop. You will have options for vegetarian sandwhiches with Avocado, Turkey or Roast Beef.
These sandwiches will be partialy made so they do not get soggy. You will be able to build your own sandwiches onsite around 1pm. You will have with the following choices. Price is $23 including 12 oz Drink and Chips or Fruit.
French Roll or Sourdough Roll – Mayonaise – Mustard – Tomatoes- Cheddar Cheese- Lettuce- Onions- The caterers have minimum requirements to make thee meals. I understand finances are tight for everyone including me and trying to make the conference a success. We will soldier on I have been trying hard to get a food truck up to the conference for several weeks but all are fully booked.
VOLUNTEERS ARE STILLL NEEDED FOR FREE TICKETS – A FEW VENDOR SPACES ARE STILL AVAILABLE – FOOD VENDORS PLEASE REACH OUT.

Keep in mind there is NO INTERNET OR PHONE SERVICE PLEASE BRING CHECKS OR CASH TO PURCHASE EVERYTHING. WORKSHOPS- FOOD- TICKETS- MASSAGES – IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE ITEMS FROM VENDORS BE PREPARED! I WILL TAKE CREDIT CARDS AND WILL RUN THESE AT THE END OF THE DAY.
Dear Conference Attendees,
I am sorry to report that due to lack of sales for the catered meals I am forced to cancel all the caterers except on Thursday. The Indian restauraunt is all organic non GMO and the quality is amazing. Please try to purchase tickets if at all possible. I am hoping everyone will take advantage of the Speakers Dinner. If I do not see more purchases Thursdays Lunch and speakers dinner will be canceled as well.
