REFUND POLICY
Due to the fact that many of our products are custom made and shipped from around the world we do not offer refunds on any products. All sales are final.

However if your product is defective or damaged in shipping we will certainly replace product. We will ship replacement AFTER receipt of returned damaged or defective product.
If you are unhappy with your product we will offer in store credit. If you would like possibly to purchase with Refund option you may contact us before purchase in certain instances this may be possible.

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two weeks of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but with UPS Fed EX we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please also be aware some items special and custom order devices as well as some other products may be 4-6 weeks for delivery please call our sales staff prior to order to be sure your product will arrive as you expect it.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
These costs are within our purchasing system based on size weight and destination either domestic or International. Many Items are either $15-$20. Other items shipped from Overseas will be more depending on item purchased.
