This is similar to a skywatch but for Luis and his groups these are really more like appointments or they are sometimes called Programmed Contacts. This means that the guides of the sky will be present to reveal themselves to let everyone know that the Contact of Luis is real. Their ships will be pouring down transformative energies to be sure.
